Today an agreement was reached between the Plato University of Management and Design (Plato UMD) and the DEMiR Kyrgyz International Bank, whereby the bank will offer loans designed especially for students to pay for university tuition fees.  The Director of Academic Affairs at the University said, “This is a wonderful opportunity for students to obtain special loans to enable them to study at the Plato University of Management and Design.”
