On Tuesday the 2nd February the Head of the OSCE in the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr Andrew Tesoriere, paid a visit to the Plato University of Management and Design. He explained his interest in education in the country and wished to learn more about this new university, its programmes, its faculty and teaching methodology. The Director of Academic Affairs, Mr Browne, outlined the University’s plans to offer UK internationally accredited qualifications (BTEC and Edexcel) to students here in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Mr. Tesoriere was given a short tour of the educational facilities and was suitability impressed by the quality and modern equipment available to the future students of Plato UMD.

Mr. Browne expressed an interest in future cooperation with the OSCE Academy, for both students and faculty members.
