On Monday October 24, 2011 UMD students visited CJSC "Shoro". The meeting was the part of “Organizational Behavior” class. The primary goal was to introduce students into the business process and let them find out motivations strategies of the company operating on the market of the Kyrgyz Republic. This method helps students clearly understand how theoretical knowledge gained during classes is implemented in the real life.
