Elnura Isaeva
A highly motivated dynamic registrar, Elnura Isaeva, is responsible for collecting, recording, maintaining, and reporting students' records. This includes maintaining a current student' database, collecting grades, all registration data, transcripts, and verification. She makes sure that the department heads have access to this information. The Registrar proactively works with the university faculty in determining the academic calendar and to ensure that students have received proper communications related to university activities.
